East Anton Public Art Commission, Test Valley Borough Council

est Valley Borough Council wish to commission two public art works for the significant new East Anton housing development in Andover. The works of art will draw on the heritage of the site as ancient agricultural land, create a landmark meeting place that is integrated into the landscape and provide focal points for communities to come together and explore.
