New Brewery Arts (NBA) is situated in the vibrant market town of Cirencester in the heart of the Cotswolds.

NBA is a contemporary craft centre comprising galleries, makers’ studios, a community learning and education programme and café and in April 2016 we opened our new visitor accommodation, The Barrel Store/YHA Cotswolds.

We are now looking for an exceptional individual to become the new CEO with responsibility for leading and inspiring the creative and operational development and management of New Brewery Arts. This will include artistic development and growth of participants, learners and visitors alongside business and financial development to ensure long term sustainability.

The role provides an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with creative vision, entrepreneurial flair and strong leadership qualities.
