Full-Time, 37 Hours, Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
18 Month Fixed-Term Contract from April 2017
We are recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Box Office Manager for a fixed term period as we move towards temporary closure at Colston Hall, the South-West’s largest concert hall and Bristol’s major music venue. Bristol Music Trust is currently managing exciting plans for the £45 million transformation of Colston Hall and as we enter Stage 2 of our redevelopment we are looking for an ambitious manager to guide our Box Office team during this period.
You will have significant experience of all aspects of Box Office management, with a creative, pro-active outlook and the ability to think of productive ways to maximise revenue for the Box Office. As an effective leader you will have an excellent track record of successfully leading and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
The successful candidate will have a can do attitude, excellent organisational skills and the ability to develop the Box Office team to successfully deliver its aims.
You will be expected to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the venue.
