Rotherham Theatres is host to the Civic Theatre. The Theatre is a mid-scale, proscenium venue which hosts a busy programme of professional and community productions.

Rotherham Council is looking for a commercially focused manager with proven abilities in change management and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. A proven leader, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and will have an excellent track record in financial management and business negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will also have a thorough understanding of current licensing laws and experience of facilities or building management. A professional understanding of the entertainment industry, technical theatre, good customer service and catering is also essential.
