Senior Indoor Gallery Manager, Yorkshire Sculpture Park

Full time, Permanent position (37.5 hrs per week)

Working pattern will be any 5 days over 7 (inclusive of weekends, bank holidays and school holidays)

Salary £27,000 - £28,000 per annum

YSP have an exciting opportunity at Yorkshire Sculpture Park to work within their Galleries Team as a Senior Indoor Gallery Manager, responsible for managing their indoor gallery spaces, visitor information desk and act as Duty Manager as part of the Duty Management Team

YSP is one of only a handful of outstanding sculpture parks in the world. They are unique globally in running an ambitious and challenging series of major temporary sculpture exhibitions. They are stewards of 500 acres of landscape that embodies cultural heritage and biodiversity, and we have six indoor galleries. Prior to the pandemic, each year they engage over 35,000 learners, providing wide-ranging creative educational opportunities, and they received approximately 500,000 visitors. In February 2022 they were rated as outstanding across all areas of visitor experience by Visit England.

They are looking for someone who really enjoys engaging with people and providing a high standard of customer service throughout the organisation.
