Relationship Manager Vacancies - Arts Council England

Arts Council England is looking for 2-3 enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals from the Music and Education sectors to fill three vacancies based in its Manchester and Leeds office.

Within all the relationship manager posts you’ll have a focus on building, empowering and enduring relationships with a portfolio of funded organisations from the arts and music education sectors as appropriate. This will include awareness of their performance against their business plan, their funding agreement with Arts Council England, and of their artistic work to identify their investment needs. You will provide advice and support in applications for funding programmes and play a developmental role in achieving the Arts Council’s mission as a member of the North team.

You will have specific expertise in Music, Music Education and Children young people and learning as appropriate to the role combined with a good understanding of the cultural sector in England and of the current challenges and opportunities facing it. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent skills in collaboration, influencing and advocacy.
