Performance Manager, Bradford Theatres

Bradford Theatres comprising of the Alhambra Theatre, Studio Theatre, St Georges Concert Hall and Kings Hall / Winter Gardens, Ilkley require an experienced performance manager.

You will work with financial management information systems, SAP and box office system, Spektrix to efficiently manage the services finances, monitoring costs, income, turnover, profit ratios and forecasting. Working with departmental managers ensuring the correct accounting procedures and policies are adhered to.

As a senior member of the Bradford Theatres management team, you will take a full and active role in the management and policy planning of Bradford Theatres. You will have full managerial responsibility for the performance office staff, employing staff to their best effect. This role will include liaison with central council business advisor’s / finance officers and external visiting companies. You will have the intellectual ability to assimilate complex financial information and the ability to disseminate the information to others in a meaningful way.
