Let June Make A Difference, funding for North Kirklees children

Let June Make A Difference exists to enhance the lives of children in North Kirklees up to the age of 17 at the start of the academic year.

Let June Make A Difference Grant
The aim is to help children who are referred to the charity as a result of financial difficulties, illness or other challenging circumstances and to.provide one-off grants towards the purchase of a specific item.

The charity will provide one off grants, examples of which could include school supplies, medical equipment or life-enhancing adventures. Sometimes it will be contribution to a major item of expenditure in conjunction with other like-minded organisations.

HOW TO APPLY: THE PROCESS
The charity cannot provide assistance towards existing debt repayments, recurring expenses such as rent and utility bills, white goods or fixtures and fittings. Grants of all sizes will be considered although it is unlikely that an individual award will be greater than £500.

The Trustees meet formally on a bi-monthly basis. The meeting dates for 2021 are below but applications can be sent in at any time:
