IVE - Great Exhibition of the North - Photo Competition

How do your students see “the North”? Is it a place, a feeling, their family, an attitude?

The Great Exhibition of the North will be the largest event in England in 2018 and aims to show the world how the North of England's, art, culture and design is driving the world of tomorrow.

As part of the exhibition, they have organised a photography competition that captures what the North means to individuals.

There is a special category in the contest for schools with prizes available for 2 age groups, under-14s and 14-18 years olds. Each winner will receive a £50 gift voucher while the winning school will receive £500 in arts supplies.

Photos need to fit one of four themes:
• Northern Culture
• Landscape and Cityscape
• Art and Design
• My Innovative North
