International Women’s Day itself takes place on 8 March and is a global celebration of the achievements of women, as well as helping to raise awareness against bias and promoting action for equality.
In collaboration with community groups, individuals and local organisations, Kirklees Council have lined up a range of online and live events throughout March for residents to take part in.
