Head of Business Development - The Tetley, Leeds
The Tetley is seeking an experienced and energetic Head of Business Development with a proven track record of growing commercial and fundraising income in the arts.
The Tetley has been granted Arts Council England NPO status for 2018-22.
This an exciting opportunity to become a key, senior figure in an important cultural organisation at a moment of organisational change, working alongside the Executive Director and Artistic Director.

£36,000 per annum
25 days holidays plus statutory holiday allowance
The Head of Business Development is responsible for providing commercial leadership and delivering income streams to support delivery of The Tetley’s strategic and business plans.
This role has been created to maximise the net financial contribution to The Tetley generated by:
•Commercial activities, including private event hires, bars and catering
•Fundraising from trusts and foundations
•Corporate partnerships and philanthropic giving
Ensuring The Tetley’s profile, reputation and success continues to grow within the city and region, as well as nationally and internationally, the post-holder will set strategy and be accountable for long-term growth in:
•Commercial opportunities
•Marketing impact and media coverage
•Audience Development
•Fundraising
