£26k - £30k pa FTE, dependent on experience
Fixed term, Aug 17 to Dec 18, 4 days per week, or 32 hours – arranged flexibly around successful candidate.
York Mediale needs an exceptional business leader to help run the festival and ensure we deliver our plans. You will need to be able to communicate the Creative Director’s vision for an exciting and diverse media arts festival to a national and international audience, including local residents, stakeholders and potential investors.

Your senior management experience will mean you have a good working knowledge of budget management, stakeholder engagement and/or dealing with third party agencies or contractors. You will ensure our finances are managed efficiently, effectively and meet regulations through the implementation of robust financial procedures and policies. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to influence others at a senior level, be a confident public speaker and be able to make things happen.
