Executive Director - Yorkshire Dance

Salary: £35,000- £38,000
Location: Quarry Hill, Leeds

Yorkshire Dance is seeking an experienced and talented Executive Director to join their highly-committed team. They’re looking for someone who is excited by (and highly skilled in) finance, commercial management, processes, people, culture and compliance to enable the organisation to flourish and to deliver its artistic ambitions.

You will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in similar role at senior management level within a successful cultural organisation or charity. Your role will be to work alongside and report to the CEO / Artistic Director to help shape Yorkshire Dance. You will have particular responsibility for the legal, financial and operational wellbeing of Yorkshire Dance, its work, staff and community.

The successful candidate will be someone who is excited by the opportunity to help steer and grow our small, high impact organisation to deliver transformative impact with its artists and its communities.

Yorkshire Dance is based in central Leeds, in the heart of Quarry Hill’s blossoming cultural quarter, where it manages a thriving building with three fully-equipped dance studios, meeting rooms, office space and a range of creative tenants.
