Deputy Director, Yorkshire Youth and Music

Yorkshire Youth and Music is looking for a Deputy Director to work alongside the Director of the Company in a wide-ranging role which includes project design and management, as well as taking responsibility for a share of policies and procedures to ensure the Company runs smoothly.

The post is part time and flexible at either 0.5 or 0.6 FTE, with an FTE starting salary of £29,000 (so £14,500 or £17.400), on a PAYE basis. YY&M has a workplace pension scheme with NEST.
