Creative Minds Project Worker

Creative Minds is recruiting for two new full-time posts - one in Barnsley, the other in Wakefield.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the Trust’s innovative and award-winning Creative Minds initiative. The role will involve working with service users, carers, Trust staff and community groups and organisations to further develop Creative Minds projects and initiatives.

The post holder will need to have experience and skills around community development and capacity building in communities. They will have to have good interpersonal skills as this role is all about partnerships and relationships building.

The post holder would be working across either the Barnsley district based at Kendray Hospital or Wakefield district based at Fieldhead Hospital, though would be able to work agilely, and would be expected to work with a certain degree of autonomy. We would welcome applications from people who have lived experience of mental health and other long-term conditions.
