Creative Leadership for Business Session

This Creative Leadership for Business session is a free event and is being held on 12 October between 10-11.30 at The Tetley, Leeds.

Develop the one skill that benefits every part of your business.
Creativity is a universal human quality, but, using creativity is a skill that needs to be practised and trained.

Developing creativity is crucial for business leaders to become imaginative, resourceful, resilient and innovative. Creative business leaders are adaptable and able to apply creativity to problem-solving, planning and management.

Delivered in collaboration with IVE and the Tetley, at this 1.5 hour session we will introduce participants to skills and experiences that will help them:

• Recognise their own inherent creativity and how it applies to their work
• Increase the odds of getting fresh, breakthrough ideas when they are needed
• Better understand how interaction with others affects both innovation and teamwork
• Gain greater commitment to courses of action through an increased ability to use others’ ideas and views in arriving at them
• Identify the most appropriate role for team members in any given problem-solving situation
• Help team members to view problems in fresh ways
