Big Lottery Fund, Celebrate UK - Final Deadline Announced

The Big Lottery Fund has announced that the final deadline for the Celebrate UK Fund will be 21 October 2016 and it is putting an extra £4.1 million into the funding pot.

The Big Lottery Fund has announced that given the ‘huge success’ of its Celebrate Fund which launched in July, it is allocating an extra £4.1 million of funding so that more groups can apply. It has also announced that Celebrate UK has entered its final phase of funding, and the final deadline for all applications in all countries is 21 October 2016 (noon).

The Celebrate UK fund provides grants of between £300 and £10,000 to enable voluntary and community organisations, schools and statutory bodies to hold one off events and activities which give their community the chance to come together to mark something important
