Hertford Arts Festival 2017

Hertford Arts Festival 2017 will run from Friday 7th April to Sunday 7th May. Last year, 18 talented artists showcased their work during the event and local artists and businesses are being urged to sign up now to take part in the Arts Trail. It’s free of charge for businesses to sign up and become an Art Trail venue. All artists are eligible to apply by 3rd February using the application form online.
