The sixth in our Masters of Illusion series of seminars and workshops celebrating the diverse practices of animation in its widest sense. Cutting edge, artist-led, multi-media theatre company, Folkbeard, will run a workshop entitled 'Theatre and Projection' . Suitable for all level participants. Forkbeard Fantasy is an artist-led multi-media theatre company formed in 1974 famed for their cutting edge work with animation and film on stage and for their spectacularly inventive and often mechanized sets and props.
Their newly redesigned website is packed with useful information on Forkbeard’s fascinating 36 year history, their pioneering work from the 1970s with film on stage, a technique now widely seen on the contemporary stage. They are recognized as one of the very first multi-media theatre companies in the UK.
