Change: Batley schools exhibition

Over several years this showcase of artwork from Batley and Birstall schools has become a well-established highlight in the summer calendar. Following a workshops programme led by artists Ammie Flexen (Ceramics), Fiona Goodwin (Mixed Media) and Jackie Harrowsmith (Fused Glass), Change 2018 presents a new collection of work by young people inspired by their explorations of science topics such as States of Matter, Light and Properties of Materials. A delightful combination of art, science,
curiosity, learning, creativity and fun - and perhaps some surprising discoveries!
