Arts on Prescription Celebration Evening

Arts on Prescription has been delivering drama and visual art sessions in St Albans this year and to celebrate their amazing achievements, we had a Celebration Evening at Trestle Arts Base on Wednesday 30 November. It was a challenge to transform a very black theatre space into a vibrant art gallery and I think we succeeded. Check out the images attached.

This programme using the arts is for those suffering from stress, anxiety, depression and other conditions affecting mental wellbeing. Everyone is welcome from absolute beginners to the more experienced. Join us by asking a Health Professional (GP, counsellor, psychiatric nurse or staff at support organisations such as Mind in Mid Herts) for a referral form,
