An engaging and highly practical workshop to help creatives develop the essential skills to manage and lead effectively their companies and teams.

Taught by former senior BBC producer Sue Ahern, participants will learn how to identify the characteristics that make successful leaders of creative businesses, including understanding personality types – one’s own, as well as others - the importance of defining boundaries and establishing a clarity of role, inspiring people - and achieving commitment not just compliance, aligning your team to your company's goals, reviewing progress and effective communication.
