Little Owl - Charcoal and Acrylic Drawing

This is a favourite drawing of mine from a few years ago. About 40" x 30" using charcoal, pencils and white acrylic paint. I came by a stuffed Little Owl, it was difficult to imagine this heavy, solid stuffed creature had ever got off the ground. I wanted to give it some life and movement. Flight is fascinating and magical.
