A View Through

This acrylic painting approx 30" x 20" was a study used a photograph of a road through woods. The wet tarmac road appeared purple to me, and the soggy leaves on the ground like splattered paint.

I've thought a lot about 'viewpoints' or 'points of view' in the last year and can see it continuing to be a theme for me as I ponder at the world around and wonder where I fit within it all.
