We take enormous pride ensuring all Apex coaches deliver to an extremely high standard for all of our sessions with a comprehensive training and continued professional development Pathway to Apex Coach Employment (P.A.C.E).

We currently operate across Herts, Beds, Middlesex and Bucks and deliver over 2000 sport, dance and activity sessions every month.
