Before Bedtime: Adventures with Isabella Necessity

Before Bedtime: Adventures with Isabella Necessity

The wonderful Isabella Necessity will be arriving on her Story Bicycle to take you on an adventure through Torre Abbey gardens and into the dark, dark house!

Isabella is a botanist and adventurist who loves to share stories from her incredible journeys around the world with whomsoever she meets. She’s visited the palace where the silent empress lives with her elephants, learnt Kung-Fu on the Mountain of Kunyu and rested in a robin’s nest. Isabella recently travelled deep inside the Amazon Rainforest where she quickly learnt that nothing is what it seems… With delightful storytelling, gorgeous illustrations, unexpected wonders and a handsome bicycle called Dilys, Isabella whisks you away to another world.

Follow her on a story-adventure, and help her to create a new story from your imagination. Grab your torches to find your way through the rooms of the museum at night to hear the end of the tale.

Just in time for a bedtime treat before you tiptoe home to bed ….

Time: 5.15pm – 6.30pm

Suitable for children and families.

Torre Abbey Historic House & Gardens is free for children and young people under-18. For Museums at Night, adults also go free on 12th May 2016, from 5.15pm until close at 9.00pm.
