Party in the Town takes over central venues and public spaces on the Friday of the Spring Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate the fantastic musical talent of Totnes and the surrounding area. You can catch chamber ensembles, jazz acts, choirs, folk singers, street performers, rock bands, electronica and more throughout the evening.

The Party opens with a special schools commission in St Mary’s at 6pm, led by the charismatic Brazilian percussionist and composer Adriano Adewale. The evening’s headline act is British jazz royalty Courtney Pine and his band; their House of Legends show is at the Civic Hall at 9.30pm.
