Dance in Devon's residential home project is shortlisted in The Community Cash Awards competition!
now we need your help...
Dance in Devon’s T-Dance project has made it through to the final 15 in the Big Lottery’s Community Cash Awards. The project will develop a programme of weekly dance activities and social events in residential homes in Bovey Tracey, Dawlish, Ivybridge and Newton Abbot. The activities will improve general wellbeing, balance, coordination, confidence and raise awareness of the importance of physical activity for older people living in residential homes.
Voting is by coupon which is available in the Herald Express newspaper on Thursday 5th and 12th September. Voting is open for two weeks and the projects with the highest number of votes will be awarded a grant. Dance in Devon’s T-Dance is Project 14.
