"By walking through the landscape, looking, photographing, studying, I paint semi-abstract landscapes and seascapes."
I paint in oils on linen, enjoying the texture of the surface, and taking time with the slow-drying oils to achieve the colours and patterns I see in the surfaces.
I also hand-print linocuts, manual work reflecting the manual tasks portrayed in the print.
