Ageing Well in Torbay

Encounters have been commissioned by the newly established and Independent Torbay Community Development Trust to deliver a programme of creative consultation and Engagement that will contribute to Torbay's bid to Fulfilling Lives : Ageing Better, a Big Lottery Fund aimed at reducing social isolation in older people.
